Jennifer Love Hewitt, best known for her role in the Ghost Whisperer, was out shopping at Madison in West Hollywood.  Her outfit is a definite FAIL, but her face is fresh and natural, she gets a FAB for not having the makeup heavily caked on like a lot of celebs.
