Kim Kardashian and Kelly Osbourne attended the Southern Style St Bernard Project Event on May 11th, 2011 and both looked as scary as hell; Kelly with her weird ‘Betty Page’ style hair-do that made her square jaw look manish and Kim’s dress, well I understand thinking outside of the box with an unconventional design, but this one is a nightmare and doesn’t do a think for her voluptuous figure!
