Liv Tyler Struts Manhattan in Sexy Heels
33-year old, Liv Tyler struttin’ her fit fab syle in a sexy polka dot dress and red heels while out in Manhattan today. Liv does Pilates to maintain her fit and fab shape, she uses Brooke Siler who is one of Hollywood’s top Pilates instructors. Another way that she stays fit is by using a hoola hoop, now that I haven’t thought about!:
“I recently got a hula hoop, I put my favourite song on and stand outside and hula hoop in every direction until the song is over and I’m all out of breath. It’s really fun.”
