The blue team is reeling after their last loss and are determined to win the next service. Ramsay asks the chefs to look at a table of ingredients and ask them what they would make, they all come up with some interesting combinations but what the challenge is all about, is beer. They teams have to prepare their own special dish with one or more types of beer and they have 45 minutes to do it. This challenge tests their creativity and all the chefs seem to be off to a good start. The blue team win the challenge and get to enjoy a day of speed at an Long Beach racetrack.

The red team’s punishment is to restock and resupply, as it is delivery day. Elise starts to cry and chef questions her on it, but she won’t say anything to him. As usual, Elise barely helps the team, repeatedly whines and gets on everyone’s nerves.

The red team has a new found team unity and are off to a great start. Meanwhile, on the blue team Ramsay has a big expectations for Paul. Elise serves a wet salad and sends the red team reeling backwards. In the blue kitchen Natalie is ready to impress with her scallops and screws up again. After about 30 scallops, Ramsay tells Natalie to wake up and Will coaches her to finally get some out. On the red team, Jamie and Krupa aren’t communicating which opens up an opportunity for Elise to become bossy and yell out orders. 90-minutes into dinner service and soggy Wellingtons slow down the blue kitchen. In the red kitchen Elise is getting on everyone’s nerves with her barking orders out loud and Krupa is over cooking the meat. Jonathan’s over cooked meat and Natalie’s undercooked fish screw up gets Ramsay to throw them out of the kitchen and banished to the dorm. Jonathan gets pissed and tells Ramsay to kiss his ass. Meanwhile, Paul is thrilled that he got his swagger back.

Ramsay declares that both teams are the losers tonight and each have to nominate two members on each team.

Back at the dorm, Elise nominates to send Jamie up for elimination and Jamie flies into her about her bad attitude.

Natalie and Jonathan are nominated on the blue team, Krupa and Jamie.

The person leaving Hells Kitchen is Krupa.

Chef announces that he is not done yet, a huge celebrity visits hells Kitchen. Stay tuned!
