54-year-old actress, Melanie Griffith looked more like Kathy Griffin (before Griffin’s plastic surgery) when she arrived at the Best In Drag Show to raise money for AIDS treatment in LA. The Golden Globe winner has admitted to having work done in the past, but looks like she either had a botched job or needs more work.

It’s really hard to believe looking at this recent photo that Griffith used to be dropped dead gorgeous and able to land top roles in Hollywood. I hardly doubt that she intended to alter herself so drastically, but sadly the results are disastrous and lands in the top worst plastic surgery nightmares.
