Neil Patrick Harris Feels Like A Tranny
How I Met Your Mother’s Neil Patrick Harris was guest-hosting on Live With Kelly this week when they welcomed special guest Science Bob to do a hilarious experiment where both actors inhaled sulfur hexafluoride and NPH let slip the word, “tranny.”
The experiment makes your voice sound extremely deep and while Kelly did her best Darth Vader impersonation, NPH did Buffalo Bill’s quote from The Silence of the Lambs, “Put the lotion in the basket.”
While the two celebs were coming down from their high, NPH said: “I’ve never sounded more like a tranny in my life.”
Realizing what he said might cause some trouble, NPH was quick to tweet an apology: “Truly sorry for saying the word ‘tranny’ on Live this week. Twice! Should have been more thoughtful. Didn’t at all mean to offend.”
