60-year old, Kirstie Alley is ringing in the New Year with a new fitness move, “100 Days of Dance”. The former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant wants to encourage people to dance for 100 consecutive days in order to lose weight, just like she did on the reality dance show.
People magazine has more: “I want everyone to experience some version of Dancing with the Stars, People don’t have to do monotonous, zombie workouts that are boring. The thing about dancing is that it’s free and you can do it anywhere and any time.”
The actress, lost a staggering 100 pounds and is now a fit and fab size 6, her secret is dancing one to two hours a day and following the diet plan Organic Liason.
