Joan Collins loves to look great but complains that the procedures keeping her looking hot really sting! Joan has confessed to having Botox but won’t do it again because it “hurts like hell.” The youthful looking 78-year-old star has finally confessed to trying the wrinkle-smoothing injections in the past but says she would never use it again after having a bad experience.

In an interview with Britain’s Glamour magazine, she said: “I had it once in my forehead and it hurt like hell. Plus you see all these surgical nightmares these days. I have girlfriends who’ve had Botox and been left with lumps in their faces. And the lips, don’t even get me started!”

Instead, Joan relies on make-up, fashion and hard work for her glamorous appearance.

The ‘Dynasty’ actress is known for her elegant outfits and Joan says it’s a constant effort to stay looking good.

She said:  “It’s something that takes time and effort. You can’t be glamorous if you sling on jeans and a T-shirt with a slogan on it. I strive to be elegant in a time of non elegance. I mean where are all the glamorous women these days?”

You just gotta love Joan’s old-fashioned values.
