Despite incriminating evidence to the contrary, including a picture of ex-boyfriend Kieffer Delp inside what her ex-boyfriend, Gary Head, says is her bedroom, Jenelle Evans insists that she has not spoken to Kieffer since he got out of prison on March 4th.

So then why is Gary saying she was? “Gary is mad at me becuz i didnt accept his ring when he propsed to me. i didnt accept becuz he was abusive towards me and becuz he was just proposing to me out of desperation,” Jenelle claimed in a Facebook post today. “Even my mom told me not to accept the ring.”

That still does not explain the picture of Kieffer in what Gary claims is her bedroom, which Gary claims that Kieffer sent him via text message, which he uploaded on Twitter for fans to see as proof. It also doesn’t explain that man that looked like Kieffer that was allegedly seen running out her bedroom door during one of Jenelle’s sessions on Stickam, a live video chat host.

Jenelle is on probation until at least Tuesday, when she is due in court to ask that it be lifted. One of her probation restrictions is she is not allowed to be in the presence of any known drug user, including Kieffer. That being said, even if she were with him, admitting it could land her in jail, as it has in the past.

Jenelle also says she will be seeking a no contact order on Gary tomorrow.
