Exciting news for all Disney fans. Miley Cyrus is getting married to boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth after he proposed to her last month with a stunning 3.5 carat diamond ring. The singer who first met Liam while shooting her movie, The Last Song, has said to be overjoyed ever since Hemsworth asked her to marry him, and it seemed that she was finally ready to share the news with her millions of fans.

Revealing to People, the former Hannah Montana starlet says: “I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam.” She was seen wearing a diamond ring two months ago which had people thinking she was already engaged at that time, however, she denied that the ring on her finger was an engagement ring.

Father of the singer, Billy Ray Cyrus, took to his official Twitter page to share the news and his happiness by saying: “All I ever hoped for as a Daddy was to see my kids reach their dreams. To find happiness…peace of mind …and someday know… true love.”
