One Directions’ Zayn Malik is making use to all that cash that has been rolling in from his success with the group. Malik who’s currently touring in several different countries with his band members, who will reportedly make $25million each by the end of the year, has forked out $3.1million on a house in North London that he can finally call his home, which he’ll use when he’s not working.

The house which has six-bedrooms, a massive indoor swimming pool to name a few, totally impressed Zayn who doesn’t usually go for the expensive things as he’s trying to save the money. But after viewing the house, he was totally convinced and bought it without hesitation.

“Zayn is trying to be smart with his money by putting it into bricks and mortar,” a source said. “He fell in love with the house. The deciding factor was the huge indoor swimming pool. He’s already planning some pool parties for when the band are back in town.”
