Madonna’s new workout DVD series, “Addicted to Sweat” hits stores on September 5th and she has promised to share her very best workout routines with us. Unbelievably, Madonna celebrated her 54th birthday last week and doesn’t look a day over 30! Her toned physique and positive attitude obviously make the difference.
It’s no surprise to Madonna’s millions of fans that she is branching out into the fitness market, you name it and Madonna has done it! From singer, actress, director, children’s novelist, music producer, fashion designer and now the pop icon is heading towards being a fitness guru with the launch of her high-end luxury gyms, “hardcandy” (also the name of her 11th studio album) that began in 2010 in Mexico and most recently in Moscow where on August 6th she and her team of dancers made an appearance for the grand opening. Madonna’s gym plans are global; she hopes to be opened in major cities around the world and we can’t wait until they are opened in North America.
The “Addicted to Sweat” DVD was collaborated between Madonna and her trainer Nicole Winhoffer and features dance moves along with fitness that promotes a strong, flexible and healthy body; something we at Fit Fab Celeb love to promote!

I am just LUVing this DVD already, it’s a dance based workout that requires no gym, just a chair, you and some free space to move around. The four disc set includes Madonna’s thrilling moves that she introduced on her MDNA tour like “Drop Down“, “Ride the Horse” and “Hop Forward”, this definitely fits right in to Madonna becoming the fitness guru that we know she can be!
