People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” last year, Bradley Cooper stopped by the Today show to promote his newest film, “The Words” which is a change from “Hangover” as this movie is a thriller. The movie releases nationwide September 7th, 2012.
“The Words” is about a writer, played by Bradley, at the peak of his literary success when he discovers the price he has to pay for stealing another man’s work. The movie also starts Olivia Wilde, Zoe Saldana and Jeremy Irons.
During Bradley’s interview, he confessed that one of his favourite places to be was in the kitchen, “I love to cook. I love the therapeutic nature of cooking, actually.” You can check out his interview from the Today show below.
Bradley has previously admitted that his inspiration in the kitchen came from his grandmother who was an amazing cook, “As a kid I used to help her make handmade pasta, Cavatelli and Ravioli. It was one of my favorite things to do. I love the idea of making whatever is in the fridge into something.”
I can really relate to Bradley about cooking being therapeutic, for some people it is a daily chore, but cultivating a garden, planning and preparing meals really helps to relieve stress, provides you with improved physical health and gives you a sense of accomplishment. Obviously Bradley is into healthy eating as well, how else could he have that killer six pack.
Bradley is not the only celebrity to find cooking therapeutic; Selena Gomez, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Longoria and Lindsey Lohan also recognize the benefits of a home cooked meal.

It‘s quite in here! Why not leave a response?
