Curtis James Jackson III, better known as 50 Cent has announced his plans to transform himself into a fitness guru with a new book that he will be penning called “Formula 50″. The book will reveal the “Get Rich or Die Tryin” hit maker’s top fitness tips. Keep an eye on store shelves this Christmas, when the 6-week Total Body Transformation Plan is released.
50 Cent is hoping to inspire his fans to take action and get serious with his new training guide. Here’s what he had to say, “I had a strong desire to write this book because it is very important to me to help people make positive changes and take charge of their overall health. This is not the first book that 50 Cent has penned, he began writing just before appearing in “Get Rich or Die Tryin” when he published an autobiography entitled “From Pieces to Weight: Once upon a Time in Southside Queens“. The book explored the cultural and economic forces that led 50 Cent to sell cocaine and crack.
50 Cent credits his son coming into his life to have inspired his career and motivate him to take his life into a different direction.
