Sarah Palin Wants To Give You Fitness Tips

48-year old Sarah Palin, politician, commentator and author, is now set to enter the fitness market. The former Alaska governor told PEOPLE the new fitness book is a family project, they are all working on it together. Recent photos of Palin show that she has lost a considerable amount of weight and daughter, Bristol Palin, also recently lost weight before joining Dancing with the Stars All Stars – could these weight loss successes be due to their secret fitness tips that they have yet to reveal?

Palin has promised that we will still get to eat our favorite comfort foods with the proper fitness routine and self-discipline added in. Some of Palin’s favorite comfort foods are homemade treats such as moose chili, chocolate cream pies, pecan pies and lemon meringue  pie. I don’t know about you but I would love to know how I can eat those sinful deserts while staying fit and losing weight.

The book promises to be unique and to motivate you, “We promise you what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy,” Palin said.

The Palins are not the first celebrities to write a fitness book, they follow behind a long list of other celebrities like Bethenny Frankel who has three books to her name, Alison Sweeney wrote the Mommy Diet and Mario Lopez wrote Extra Lean.
