Victoria Beckham Creates Special Pudsey Bear For Charity

Victoria Beckham has created a Pudsey Bear for charity. The British superstar singer who is also a fashion designer is part of thirty designers who have in fact designed the special bear to be auctioned off for “Children In Need” in November. The famous former Spice Girl known for “Posh Spice” is one of the big names which also includes designers such as Prada, Louis Vuitton, Paul Smith and Burberry, to take part in this campaign. Until November 14, 2012 these special bears will be displayed at Selfridges department stores over in London and Manchester. Following those dates they will then be auctioned off at Christie’s.

This campaign was created by Editor Katie Grand of Love Magazine, here’s more:

“I was honoured to curate this fantastic collection, and have had such fun working with the designers on all of their amazing designs. BBC Children In Need is an incredibly worthwhile cause, and one which myself and all of the designers involved in the collection are privileged to support.”

Selfridges Creative Director Alannah Weston is also thrilled about the project, “Selfridges is delighted to support such a purposeful and creative project. It is wonderful to see such remarkable talent helping this most worth cause.”

This is not the first time that Victoria gives back, she helped raise $185,500 for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) by auctioning off two tickets to the World Cup party and she also wore a mosquito ring designed by Stephen Webster to raise funds for Malaria No More UK to save lives in Africa .
