Drew Barrymore, thirty seven, who just recently gave birth to her baby Olive was spotted in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday, December 5th getting to a workout, assuming she is trying to shed off some of the extra weight she gained from the baby.
This is not the first time that the actress has been spotted out getting her fitness day, with a comfortable workout, as she is seen solo.
Celeb Spin reports: The 37-year-old actress was decked out in sweats in a gray top, purple pants, gray Ugg boots, and a green overcoat.
Recently, the former child star’s nutritionist, Kimberly Snyder, spoke to E! Online about her secrets to keeping off those holiday pounds.
The nutritionist to stars including Fergie and Channing Tatum advises, “Start the day with hot water with lemon…get the liver going, which is your main fat-burning organ and your main detoxifying organ. Eat some nice salads coming up to it. Start each meal with a raw-green salad, that way you eat less of the heavier foods afterwards. You can still enjoy the foods, but you just don’t need a gigantic portion that’s every single food. Yeah, it’s very very easy, just plan your meal…space it out.”
