Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes Javid is stating that she is working on her perfect body weight, the reality star is stating that ‘Skinny is not appealing to me’ that she just wants to be healthy.

Daily Mail reports: In the issue, on newsstands now, the 40-year-old real estate agent is literally spilling out of her revealing blue monokini.

‘I am not striving to be thin,’ the hard-partying reality star said. ‘The only person that I really want to please is myself.’

Mercedes, nicknamed MJ, said she’s ‘not ashamed of’ her body which fluctuates between a size 8 to 10.

However, she admitted to the mag that she has a ‘love/hate relationship’ with her curvaceous figure.

‘When I first moved to LA, I went to an internist who told me I was really overweight, and he actually prescribed diet pills,’ the petite brunette recalled.

‘I went to school and was shaking and having a hard time concentrating in class. I lost weight, [but] it was definitely not a healthy way to do it.’

Javid maintains her weight with 40-minute cardio sessions and she spent Thursday morning at the gym.
