Alec Baldwin‘s wife Hilaria Thomas is being sued by a man who attended her Yoga class.

Contact Music reports: Alec Baldwin‘s pregnant wife is facing a lawsuit from a man who alleges he was injured during her yoga class.

Spencer Wolff claims he suffered “serious” injuries and “emotional upset” during the January (13) session at Yoga Vida in New York City held by Hilaria Thomas, who is due to give birth to the 30 Rock star’s baby later this year (13).

Wolff has filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court and blames the “overcrowded” class and Thomas’ “negligence” as two causes of his alleged accident, according to the New York Daily News.

Thomas has been instructing yoga since 2005.

In summer 2011, Baldwin began dating Hilaria Thomas, an instructor with Yoga Vida in Manhattan, who is 26 years his junior. Baldwin and Thomas moved from the Upper West Side to Greenwich Village that August. The couple became engaged in April 2012 and married on June 30, 2012, at St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in New York City. The couple announced in February 2013 they were expecting their first child.
