Jada Pinkett Smith Shows Off Amazing Toned Bikini Body

Madagascar 3 actress Jada Pinkette-Smith was spotted on Thursday, November 22nd while she was jogging along the surf in beautiful Hawaii, where the forty one year old showed of her toned exquisite bikini body while she was wearing a rainbow tie-dyed two piece bikini.

Pinkette-Smith works hard for her body and she says that she never eats what she wants to eat, just what she needs to eat and especially whats the most accurate healthiest choice.

US Weekly reports: At her side for the Turkey Day vacation, of course, were husband Will Smith and their famous kids Willow, 12, and Jaden, 14.

Although impressive, Pinkett-Smith’s rock-hard bikini body isn’t exactly a surprise; she showed off her fabulous figure over the summer via Twitter.

“To my Forty and over crew!” she wrote of a captioned photo in which she emerges soaking wet from the surf in a hot-pink string bikini. “Don’t believe the hype . . . we do get better with age!”

“I don’t eat for pleasure,” she told Essence magazine recently. One thing in her favor: “I had the only West Indian grandmother that could not cook. She was an awful cook, and she taught me that you don’t eat for taste, you eat for nourishment. And I have kept that over the years, so I can eat anything that’s healthy.”

Sharon Osbourne who is currently one of the co-host on The Talk and is now sixty, and went through a cancer scare is stating that the reality star had a big success with weight lost through the Atkins diet system; and she still wants to lose another seven pounds.

People reports: “I’ve lost 28 pounds on the Atkins diet,” Sharon, who signed up for the program in the beginning of September, told Us on Oct. 26 at an Atkins luncheon in NYC. “I want to lose another seven and I’ll do that over time.”

“I’ve struggled with my weight for my entire life. I’ve been fat and I’ve been thin. As you know, I got the lap-band and lost a ton of weight, but it made me so sick. That’s why I had to remove it. But when I removed it, I gained about 45 pounds,” she explained of her 1999 lap-band surgery. “And as my 60th birthday was approaching, I didn’t want to be overweight. I wanted to be healthy and keep with my family. I want to be healthy and enjoy life.”

“That’s when Atkins approached me about possibly doing this and I was like, ‘Where do I sign?’ It has been a life changing experience,” Sharon said of the low-carb diet. “It’s really not a diet. It’s a lifestyle change.”

“I’ve had cancer before, and I didn’t want to live under that cloud . . . The odds are not in my favor,” explained Sharon, who battled colon cancer a decade ago. “I decided to take everything off, and had a double mastectomy.”

Kelly Osbourne, has launched her own fitness contest. The English fashion designer, who is best known for being the daughter of Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Ozbourne has created the contest to help overweight fans get themselves into shape in 2013.

The “Fashion Police” judge herself has lost a few dress sizes mostly for being on the competition show Dancing With The Stars back in 2009. Because of this, Kelly continued on the track of a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Along with producers of a U.K. TV show which is called Daybreak, Kelly is looking for three Brits who believe they need a whole body makeover. The trio will be flown to Hollywood in the year 2013 by Kelly herself, then they will meet personal trainers, given nutritional advice and the help they need to the right diet plans. Darn but I wish I lived in the UK!

Here’s more from Kelly, “There is no quick fix. It’s not just about losing weight. Nothing comes easy. You’ve got to want it. That’s why I really want people to enter this competition who really do want this life change. It can be really fun, but at the same time it sucks! But you’ve got to learn to like it. I’m not going to torture anyone, I’m going to make it really fun. For me, food became a bit of an emotional thing. I punished myself with it. But I also was very uneducated about how to eat properly and what was good for my body and what times of day are appropriate to eat. It’s amazing now that I can share everything that I have learned with everyone else.”

Lady Gaga will be releasing her own healthy bottled water range. The singer-songwriter is in the works to launch her own water brand. Mother Monster, herself just a month past had released her own perfume franchise with the scent name “Fame”. She is now moving forward to a healthier way of living which will be including a multi-million dollar campaign which is to be created by her Haus of Gaga creative team. At this time there are no details about the name or shape of the bottle, but knowing Gaga, it will be something absolutely exciting that will delight her little monsters.

The New York Daily News reports that ”We know that the water drink is due out in the near future. No one has seen prototypes of the bottle. ’Gaga water is something that has been in the pipeline for a few months, and now things are really gearing up to an announcement and high-profile launch.”

Maybe having her own brand of water, may help her get back in shape? The twenty six year old has recently revealed that she put on twenty five pounds since her parents Joseph and Cynthia Germanotta opened their restaurant “Joanne Trattoria” in New York City. Lady Gaga opened up about her weight gain, ”I love eating pasta and I’m a New York Italian girl. That’s why I have been staying out of New York. My father opened a restaurant. It’s so amazing … it’s so freaking delicious, but I’m telling you I gain five pounds every time I go there.”

The intense workout is thanks to Ashley’s trainer, Risa Sheppard who recently shared her fitness routine to MSN:

“Ashley’s body is strong and flexible now. My method is an overall conditioning workout that encourages clients to work with their bodies and to realize their own personal perfection. It combines Pilates, therapeutic exercise, and body awareness. Ashley was very eager to learn how to use her body correctly so as to not have injury as well as to keep her body in tip top shape. Joseph Pilates says you feel good after 10 sessions, look good after 20 and have a new body after 30. With Ashley, I would say things started to change after 10 sessions only.”

Ashley shared with Women’s Health which foods help her to stay fit & fab like halibut, tuna, sushi, chicken, egg whites, and veggies, “I don’t do the diet thing anymore. I’m a big believer in feeding your body what it needs. Deny yourself something and you’re going to end up shoving your face full of it.”

I sometimes substitute the banana for frozen mango for a change of taste since as I have a smoothie every day. The great thing about a breakfast smoothie, you can put it in a portable cup, just like you would your coffee and go!

“Days of Our Lives” Billie Reed aka Lisa Rinna, will be writing another diet & fitness book, as well as many other things that she has on her to do list. The Huffington Post reveals that Lisa will in fact be leaving “Days” again to pursue many projects. I am thrilled that one of the things Lisa wants to do is write another diet and fitness book, I really enjoyed her book “Rinnavation” that was about looking, feeling, living and loving better. The thing I love about Lisa is that she always appears to be having fun and I loved that she brought that into her book. The main focus of the book was to be yourself and be positive in everything you do, how awesome is that?

Lisa landed on the New York Times best-seller list with “Rinnavation”, will she be able to do it again? I think so, she continues to be physically active, working out four times per week, Lisa has a killer body at 49 and I’m sure there is much more that she can share with us as she nears middle age.

Lisa has already shared a lot to her fans about fitness, sex, health and the importance of a positive attitude; it will be very interesting to see what she brings to this new book. The other things on Lisa’s to do list are a panel type talk show, vitamin supplements and a lingerie line. One thing is for sure, it doesn’t appear that Lisa has any plans on slowing down and we couldn’t be happier.
